Our Watchful Eye Self Check offers daily peace of mind for those who prefer not to speak directly. You can receive or send a brief check-in message via text, which is monitored by our team. If we don’t receive your message or a response, we’ll text and/or call you three times. If there's still no response within an hour, we’ll follow your emergency plan, including a possible home visit for an additional charge.
Plans start at $29 per month.

Wellness Check
Our Watchful Eye Wellness service provides one to three daily calls for medication reminders, check-ins, or friendly conversation. The same agent will call you daily, creating a personal connection and sense of security. If there’s no response after three attempts, we will follow your emergency plan. Any changes in your voice or concerns will also prompt a call to your emergency contacts. A team member can visit your home for a wellness check if needed, with an additional charge for emergency visits.

Wellness Check Plus
The Watchful Eye Wellness Check Plus offers enhanced support for those who need more interaction. In addition to daily calls, our team engages with you in your home for meaningful conversations and activities, such as games, reading, or neighborhood walks, etc.This service helps alleviate loneliness and provides updates to family and friends about any concerns. If an emergency is detected, such as an injury or urgent home repair, we’ll follow your emergency plan.​

Watchful Eye is a daily reassurance call program for people of all ages. Whether it’s a meal or medication reminder, a simple check-in call, or just a short conversation, Watchful Eye provides peace of mind by ensuring there’s a caring person available to talk to or someone who will regularly check on you to ensure your well-being. This service offers great comfort to families living out of town or those with very busy schedules.
