Medical Companion
For many people, additional assistance is needed once they get to the doctor's office. As a medical escort and designated driver, we not only drive you to and from your appointment — we stay with you throughout. Whether you need a companion for a routine visit or a designated driver for a procedure that requires anesthesia or sedation (such as a colonoscopy, endoscopy, or cataract surgery), SOTGO is here when family or friends can't be there.
Our Companions assist with check-in/out, completing paperwork, taking notes, and staying in touch with your family. If needed, we can put your family member on the phone to communicate directly with your doctor. After outpatient procedures, we receive your aftercare instructions, drive you home safely, and monitor you for a few hours to make sure you're comfortable and settled.

Medical Appointment Transportation
We pick you up from your door, drive you to your appointment, and stay with you from check-in to check-out. Your Companion can assist with paperwork, take notes during your visit, communicate with medical staff on your behalf, and keep your family informed. When your appointment is complete, we make sure you get home safely. We provide as much or as little support as needed.

Designated Driver for Outpatient Procedures
Many outpatient procedures — including colonoscopies, endoscopies, and cataract surgeries — require a designated driver who can receive aftercare instructions on your behalf. We drive you to the facility, wait for you, receive your discharge instructions from medical staff, drive you home and make sure you're comfortable and settled. If needed, we can monitor you for a few hours or overnight.

Emergency Room / Urgent Care
Unexpected ER visits and urgent care trips can be overwhelming — especially when you're alone. We drive you to the facility and stay with you throughout your visit. Your Companion helps with check-in and check-out, communicates your needs and concerns to medical staff, and takes notes on your diagnosis, medications, and treatment plan so nothing gets missed. We keep your family informed every step of the way. If you are admitted, our services can continue — we stay with you so you're never left alone.

Patient Sitter/Hospital Companion
A hospital stay, time in an assisted living facility, or a rehabilitation center can feel isolating — especially when family and friends can't always be there. Our Companions provide warm, attentive presence so you're never alone. We'll sit with you, share conversation, play cards or games, read aloud, watch a favorite show, or simply be a calm and caring presence by your side.

Making Travel Easier, Safer & Less Stressful
Airport Companion
Traveling can be stressful, especially for seniors, individuals with mobility needs, or those traveling alone. SOTGO Airport Companion Services provides personalized, one-on-one assistance to help make the airport experience easier and less overwhelming.
Depending on the service selected, we can assist with transportation to and from the airport, luggage, airline check-in, wheelchair coordination, airport navigation, and departure or arrival support. For travelers needing additional assistance, a companion can remain with them through the departure process and provide companionship and support until their flight departs, when permitted.
Because sometimes a ride to the airport just isn't enough. Having someone there makes all the difference.

Departure Assistance
We know how hard it is to watch your loved one travel alone — so we make sure they never have to. Your Companion picks them up at the door, handles the luggage, walks them through airline and baggage check-in, and stays right by their side until they are safely in the hands of wheelchair assistance staff. The moment your loved one is checked in and settled, we notify you — so you can breathe easy knowing they are in good hands every step of the way.

Arrival Assistance
When your loved one lands, we are already there. Your Companion meets the client at the designated airport pickup area, assists with baggage claim and luggage, and makes sure they get safely to the vehicle. We then provide transportation home — and can notify a family member or designated contact the moment they are picked up and again once they arrive home safely. You do not have to wonder. We keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Complete Journey Assistance
We know you cannot always be there — and that is exactly why we are. From the moment we pick your loved one up at home to the moment we walk them through their front door on the way back, we are with them every step of the way. We handle home pickup, airport transportation, luggage, airline check-in, baggage check, and a safe handoff to wheelchair assistance staff at departure. On the return trip, we meet them at the airport, take care of their luggage, and bring them safely home. Along the way, we send you confirmation at key points in the journey — so you always know they are in good hands, even when you are miles away.

VIP Complete Journey Assistance
When your loved one travels, you should not have to spend the day wondering if they are okay. With VIP Complete Journey Assistance, a dedicated SOTGO Companion is with them from the moment they leave home until they walk back through their front door. On departure day, we handle home pickup, airport transportation, luggage, airline check-in, and help navigating TSA when permitted — then stay right by their side at the gate until the flight departs. While they wait, their Companion is there for everything: food, terminal navigation, restroom trips, and simply being a calm, familiar presence. The moment the flight departs, we notify you. When they return, we are already there — meeting them at the airport, handling the luggage, and bringing them safely home. You do not have to coordinate a thing.

A daily reassurance program for people of all ages. Whether it's a meal or medication reminder, a simple check-in call, or just a short conversation, Watchful Eye provides peace of mind by ensuring there's a caring person available — great comfort for families living out of town or those with busy schedules.

Self Check
Daily peace of mind via brief text check-in messages monitored by our team. If no response is received, we text/call three times. If still no response within an hour, we follow your emergency plan.
Wellness Check
One to three daily calls for medication reminders, check-ins, or friendly conversation. The same agent calls you daily, creating a personal connection. Changes in voice or concerns prompt a call to emergency contacts.
Wellness Check Plus
Enhanced support with daily calls plus in-home engagement — meaningful conversations, games, reading, or neighborhood walks. Provides updates to family and friends. Emergency plan activated if urgent issues are detected.

Mobile Notary
Need a Notary Public but can't easily leave home or simply don't have time to search for one? SOTGO connects you with insured, background-screened Notary Publics who come directly to you.
Service is available at private residences, hospitals, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, and other convenient locations. Documents may include healthcare directives, powers of attorney, end-of-life documents, vehicle transfer documents, deeds, and other documents requiring notarization.

Social Companion
SOTGO Social Companions provide friendly, dependable companionship at home or out in the community. At home, companions can enjoy board games, cards, crafts, reading, conversation, puzzles, or simply spending time together. For outings, we can accompany clients shopping, dining, to movies, museums, concerts, special events, reunions, and more. We provide as much or as little support as needed.
Client pays admission fees for Companion when dining out or attending fee-based events.
