SOTGO provides more than a ride. We are proud to be powered by an all-women team of compassionate, professional Companions. Our services are designed around the everyday support, safety, and personal connection that help clients stay independent and caregivers feel reassured.
With SOTGO, you can schedule services at a time that is convenient for you, eliminating the need to work around the schedules of family and friends. Companion service is not limited to medical appointments. Travel to the mall, concerts, church, the grocery store, theater, and more. Go when and where you want to go.
Our team is experienced in providing services to seniors and individuals with physical and cognitive needs, including blindness, cancer, hip or knee replacements, Autism, Alzheimer’s, hearing loss, OCD, and more.
Your safety is our first priority. Our Companions provide a helping hand with preparing for departure, entering and exiting the vehicle, entering and exiting your destination, and putting away items when you return.
Because our Companions spend meaningful time with clients, they may notice changes in physical or mental health. These observations can be relayed to caregivers.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different. Before scheduling service, we may suggest a free one-on-one consultation with you and/or your caregiver. We listen carefully to your instructions and tailor services to meet your needs.
Continuity with the same Companion can give you and your caregiver a reassuring sense of familiarity and security. Every effort is made to assign one Companion to each client.
Why travel alone? It can be more enjoyable to travel with someone. Our Companions are there for accompaniment and assistance, and a family member, friend, or caregiver may travel free of charge when both passengers begin and end at the same address.
We encourage clients to remain socially active. Since many family and community events happen in the evening and on weekends, select services may be available outside weekday hours by special request.
SOTGO Companions wear company uniforms and identification badges, so clients and families can recognize their trusted support. When accompanying clients to social events, our Companions wear attire that is appropriate for the event while continuing to provide the same professional care.
SOTGO keeps payments simple and records easy to manage.
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and checks from established clients. All payments are handled online for a convenient, secure process. FSA and HSA cards are not accepted at this time.
Clients receive estimate invoices to help them understand possible costs before service, followed by final invoices for their records.
